Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take the time off from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. After completing her college education Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her list. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she placed third. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
